To develop mining activities, PT. Muara Alam Sejahtera (PT. MAS) performs the work of New Feeder Breaker & Skyline Conveyor located in the area of PT. Muara Alam Sejahtera, Lahat Regency, South Sumatra Province. The purpose of this study is to conduct analysis related to geotechnical conditions in the form of analysis of global stability and foundations and provide technical recommendations related to geotechnical problems in the work of New Feeder Breaker & Skyline Conveyor.

 

JASA PENYELIDIKAN TANAH FONDASI TANGKI BOTTOM PRODUCT – PT KILANG PERTAMINA INTERNASIONAL RU III PLAJU – 2022

Soil investigation located in the area of PT. Pertamina RU III, Plaju City, South Sumatra Province aims to conduct a soil investigation survey in the Green Refinery Area of the RU III Plaju Refinery, laboratory testing, and geotechnical analysis in the form of soil carrying capacity and foundation and its potential decline.

We conducted laboratory testing with 24 to 6 drilling points, Twelve (12) sondir test points or cone penetration test (CPT) capacity of 2.5 tons, and Six (6) deep drill points and a Standard Penetration Test (SPT) interval of 2m with a drill depth of 60m with the taking of 4 uninterrupted samples (UDS) per point.

 

SOIL INVESTIGATION AT SUATO TATAKAN – PT. ANTANG GUNUNG MERATUS (AGM) – 2022

Soil investigation  located at Jalan Ahmad Yani KM 101, Suato Tatakan, South Tapin, Tapin Regency, South Kalimantan. Based on the results of internal discussions of PT AGM, additional data is needed to be able to support design needs in the form of two (2) drilling points accompanied by laboratory testing in the form of swelling and mineralogy testing.

 

SOIL INVESTIGATION AT PLAJU – PT LAPI ITB – PT. PERTAMINA RU III PLAJU – 2021

Soil testing is located in the area of PT. Pertamina RU III, Plaju City, South Sumatra Province. The purpose of this study is to design the widening of the JAT pump foundation 2210 for the motor addition plan and conduct an assessment for the constructability of this foundation construction so that it can be done properly without disturbing the existing foundation and structures around it.

SOIL INVESTIGATION AT SCN2 – PT. ASIA PASIFIC RAYON (PT.APR) – 2021

The soil investigation is located in Pangkalan Kerinci, Pelalawan Regency – Riau Province. The purpose of this soil investigation is to obtain the necessary geotechnical information about the condition of the subsurface soil for the next steps of the design and construction work. We conducted soil investigation work and provided recommendations for the allowable carrying capacity of the system and foundation dimensions determined by PT APR for the SCN2 Project.

Assessment Jembatan Kendaraan Integrasi – PT. PERTAMINA RU – III, PLAJU – 2020

PT. Geostatika Utama provided structural and geotechnical survey and design evaluation to calculate the maximum load of vehicle allowed to pass on Jembatan Integrasi PT. Pertamina RU III Plaju.

We recommended the maximum load of vehicle allowed to use the bridge is 45 ton per three axle with maximum load allowed is 15 ton per axle. Analysis work performed using SAP2000, ENSOFT L-PILE, and ENSOFT GROUP.

 

Assessment Dermaga #1,#2,#4,#5,#6,#7,#8,#9,dan #10 PT.Pertamina (Persero) RU III Plaju – 2020

PT. Geostatika Utama provided soil investigation works, structural analysis, and geotechnical analysis to evaluate 9 (nine) jetty scattered around Plaju coast and Musi River coast.

Analysis was provided to determine whether these jetties could afford ships with 18000 DWT load capacity. Analysis work performed using PLAXIS 2D, ENSOFT GROUP, ENSOFT L-PILE, and SAP2000.

 

Assessment CCR FCCU – PT Pertamina RU III (Persero) Plaju – PT. PERTAMINA RU – III, PLAJU – 2020

CCR-FCCUPT. Pertamina RU III wanted to modify the CCR-FCCU building to increase capacity. PT. Geostatika Utama was required to conduct analysis and design of structural, mechanical, electrical and geotechnical without disturbed the existing building. The building is designed to blasting proof. Building analysis was carried out using SAP2000, Ensoft GROUP, Ensoft LPile and SPCol.
