This project was an onshore geotechnical and resistivity survey for Eni Muara Bakau in 2012. The purpose of this project was to provide geotechnical information for Front End Engineering Design (FEED) for the planned pipeline development. The project was located in Handil Baru, Kabupaten Kutai Kertanegara, East Kalimantan. Geotechnical survey performed for this project consisted of onshore deep boring, CPT, Test Pits, laboratory soil test, and chemical test. PT. Geostatika Utama took part in developing a new airport, Rembele Airport, by providing supervision and analyses on the constructions of the runway embankment. During construction, dynamic compaction was used to improve the embankment where we were responsible to monitor the improvement quality and the disturbance effect to the nearby facility. Also, we were involved in slope stability analyses at the side of the 30-m height embankment.
A reclamation with area + 33 Ha for K Island, Ancol located in North Jakarta was designed with a staged construction of embankment on soft soil. Soil improvement with PVD system was needed to accelerate the consolidation time for this reclamation project. A study of liquefaction potential and soil compaction with dynamic compaction and vibro-compaction were also performed by our team.
This project was a Detailed Engineering Design (DED) for Gas Engine Power Plant Bangkanai 155 MW located in Karendan Village, Barito Utara, Central Kalimantan. We provided the foundation design (engine foundation, deep foundation & shallow foundation), structural design, pavement design and drainage design for this power plant.
